Submit the form below to apply to be a member of the 2026 Birmingham Local Safety and Service Committee. Applications will be open from now until 11:59pm on January 31st. Local Chairmen and Management will collaborate to select members of this committee. The selected members will be notified before the February LSSC meeting.

Your duties as a member of the 2026 LSSC will be as follows:

• Promote a culture of safety by addressing unsafe practices and conditions

• Attend monthly LSSC meetings

• Identify and report safety concerns on your territory

• Collect and report safety concerns from other employees on your territory

• Collaborate with other departments to address hazards and unsafe conditions
